How do I sign up for a course?
We provide regularly scheduled courses at our office in Dayton, Ohio. Please fill out the interest form that corresponds to your course interest here. If you are an office or facility interested in an on-site course, taught by us, we can schedule at your convenience, similarly, please fill out the corresponding interest form here.
How long is the course?
The average certification course is approximately 2 to 3 hours.
When do I get my certification card?
Class cards will be emailed within 3 days of course completion.
What are the methods of payment?
We accept cash, credit card or check payment for regularly scheduled courses. On-site courses can be invoiced with appropriate planning.
What is the length of the certification?
All certifications are valid for two (2) years.
